In continuation of my Despatches No. 44 and 45 of yesterday, I have the honor to forward to your Lordship, a copy of a letter to my address, from Mr. Stewart, dated on the 8th last month, together with the Accounts of the felony of Hongkong to the 31st March, 1844.
